Evron Computer Systems Corp. respects your privacy and is committed to protect the personal information that you share with us. Generally, you can browse through our website without giving us any information about yourself.
There are some cases when we do need your personal information, to provide services that you request. This policy describes how we collect and use the personal information submitted in these cases.
What is considered Personal Information? Personal information means any information that may be used to identify an individual, including, but not limited to, a first and last name, email address, a home, postal or other physical address, other contact information, title, birth date, gender, occupation, industry, personal interests, other information when needed to provide a service you requested.
Aggregate Statistics: To maintain and improve site quality and integrity, the web server automatically logs general statistical information about site visitors, including IP addresses (the Internet Protocol addresses of computers), pages accessed, browser type and the amount of time visitors are on the site. None of this information is traceable back to specific individuals.
This log is a standard method of reporting to statistically find out which parts of our web site are visited and how long visitors spend there and the information is used entirely to judge aggregate trends. Once again, no personally identifiable information is collected in this way.
Forms: There are some areas of our site that request information from you (such as the White Paper request form). It is our policy to use this information for internal purposes only and it will not be shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
If you request information from Evron, however, we may provide such information to our business partners and employees to use to contact you for marketing purposes.
In addition, no form data sent over the Internet can be guaranteed to be absolutely private. Therefore, we cannot ensure the security of any information you send to us and you do so at your own risk.
Cookies and Tracking Technology: At this moment, the Evron site does NOT use cookies. If we choose to do so at some point in the future the information in this section will change.
What is a Cookie?: A cookie is a small data file that certain Web sites write to your hard drive when you visit them. A cookie file can contain information such as a user ID that the site uses to track the pages you’ve visited, but the only personal information a cookie can contain is information you supply yourself. A cookie can’t read data off your hard disk or read cookie files created by other sites.
Third Party Sites: The Evron Web site provides links to some third party sites. We do not review or control these sites and therefore suggest that you review the privacy policies of such sites.
