Do you want to be our newest team member for our growing Acumatica team?
We are looking for a bright, hardworking and articulate person to provide discovery, systems implementation, training and client support services. Experience with Acumatica, NetSuite, Epicor, Sage 300, Sage Intacct, Dynamics, or other financial software packages, is of value to us.
This position is open for the Hybrid model, allowing the candidate to work both in our office and remotely. Note there is a required expectation for onsite client meetings during implementation and training.
You may currently have the title of BA (Business Analyst). Solid accounting expertise, ideally supported by an official designation such as MBA, CA, CGA, CMA, or in process for one of these would definitely be an asset in this role.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in at least one of the following: project management, manufacturing, construction, distribution and financials. In this position, your previous experience will aid you in leading the conversations with the client to uncover additional opportunities for their unique business needs.
Responsibilities include:
- – Provide the initial setup of the ERP system and configure it as per clients’ requirements
- – Provide ERP module training for our clients
- – Assist our clients with data migration
- – Technical documentation for functional specifications for enhancements, integrations and reports
- – Responsible for timely entry of time and expenses in our project accounting system
We will provide training, so we welcome candidates with strong academic background and some experience in areas such as consulting, software development, business process analysis and accounting.
