Evron is a Service Center, for leading hardware suppliers such as IBM, HP/Compaq and Lexmark. We are also a Novell Authorized Service Centre (NASC). Our Manufacturer Certified technicians provide superior computer hardware support including configuration, installation and repair.

Service Packages

 We offer standard and customized service packages designed to meet the individual needs of each customer. In deciding on a service package, the customer should examine the following criteria:

Number of known current Service Transactions resulting from problems with:

- printers
- computers
- network (incl. perceived problems like speed)
- software usage

Time (therefore money) spent mobilizing internal Technical Support

- time to receive calls
- initial problem diagnosis
- attempts to resolve problems
- identifying and calling in external resources
- getting quotations, cost discussion, negotiation
- solutions delayed because of attempts to minimize costs

Time lost by users

Effects upon client service

Cost for stock of backup equipment

Cost tied up in non-functional equipment

Existing support cost commitments
