	Tenant Manager lets you manage and monitor all aspects of your leased properties: term, start & expiry dates, square footage, deposits and more. It is fully integrated with Platinum for Windows accounting software.

This is a feature rich application designed to help landlords and property managers organize and monitor their leased properties. While it can operate in stand-alone mode, it is also a powerful add-on to the Platinum for Windows Accounts Receivable application. It extends the functionality of Platinum through a front-end designed to facilitate the control of leases and related recurring transactions.

With TENANT MANAGER you can:

Breakdown and allocate 12 types of charges to user-defined groupings
